Background to the Cornwall Apprenticeship Agency • Cornwall Neighbourhood for Change is an approved partner of Cornwall Apprenticeship Agency (CAA) • Nationally-approved Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA) • The CAA was created in response to demand from employers • Employers identified barriers to participation, particularly among small & medium enterprises (SMEs)
