  1. Xivio Ownership Costs and Revenue

  2. Hosting Costs $60 monthly cost (+ tax), $0 setup There is no contract, we can leave at any time Includes: 4U server rack space (7 Inches height) 1 IP address 3,000GB Monthly Transfer Cap free reboots KVM at no cost It may be possible to find a local business that has internet good enough to host the server that may do it for dirt cheap.

  3. Past Income • April 2011: $7 (Server went down early that month) • March 2011: $194 (We didn’t push sales as much as we went into the year) • February 2011: $248 • January 2011: $327

  4. First Month Server Payment Use a service such as Kickstarter.com to collect the initial funding needed for first month’s payment, people won’t be charged unless the goal is reached.

  5. Server Paradox (the developer) will pay for shipping of the server anywhere we say. Server specs: Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition 64-bit 6 GB DDR3 Memory Intel i7 Processor 1TB Hard drive containing the Xivio website and Server software

  6. Reasons Xivio is going to me Paradox (the developer) is quitting software development (he’s a dreamer, he’s moving on to other things) Tommy (the CEO) is leaving Xivio because it never made enough money to live off of it. There are no other staff that have the tech know-how to run Xivio except me.

  7. The End
