  2. Resident Camp Registration • www.gec-bsa.org • Click on “Res Camp Registration” • Choose “New ” registration • Create or login to MYGEC login • Generate your registration • 3- payment system • Complete online roster

  3. “Res Camp Registration” • GEC home page look to the lower left • Choose Res Camp Registration under online tools

  4. Registration • Choose new or existing registration

  5. Creating a MyGEC account • New registration will have to create a MyGEC login • At the very top of the page is MyGEC login this is where you need to go to create an account • Once you have a login, go back to home page to Res Camp Registration • Your email address for MyGEC login must match your camp registration profile

  6. Registering your unit • Register your group or individual • Select which type of unit your are registering • Select which camp you want to attend • Sessions for the camp selected will be available

  7. Review registration • Review details of session selected • Enter estimated number of attendance

  8. Camp Site Selection • NOTE: You can only register what a campsite can hold, otherwise do not select a campsite • Camp ground maps available on the GEC website under camping/form, guides, maps for each camp • Camp Site Selection for Boy Scouts only

  9. Complete profile • Enter details of your registration for a contact person and onsite leader • Fields in bold are required • Do not enter dash marks in your phone numbers

  10. Review Registration • Review your registration

  11. Continue • Continue to complete your order • Select complete your order to make your first payment for deposit

  12. Complete Your Order • Complete your order by filling out the billing information • Choose payment type • Online with a Visa or Master charge card • Offline to send a check or have it taken out of Unit Account

  13. Review Registration • Again review and complete your order • Click on submit order

  14. Payment Ticket • Print payment ticket to send payment to Council office • Exit to homepage • You will receive an invoice via email

  15. Second Payment • Second payment for Cub Scouts and Boy Scout units • Camper confirmation of $50.00 due last day of February for adults and youth attending camp • Go back to your existing online registration • Click on your registration to open and make scheduled payment • Roster needs to be completed at this time

  16. Third Payment • Third payment for Cub Scouts and Boy Scout units, check the payment schedule • Remaining balance for adults and youth attending camp • Go back to your existing online registration • Click on your registration to open and make scheduled payment
