  6. RECEIVERSHIP/MANAGEMENT SERVICES GCH is positioned to serve as the receiver and management company for a non-performing hotel. Sylvester – Principal • Gulph Creek Hotels - 2006 to present. Acquisition, development and takeover/repositioning of hotels.
