Banks no longer require custom-built channel solutions to compete Check for off-the-shelf solutions first. Build a business case. Consider the impact of up-front investment on your working capital. Compare time-of-availability of a custom-built solutions with all desired features with the best road mapped, off-the-shelf solution at that time.
