  2. Today, each and every one of us makes use of a computer for some reason or the other. Before we begin with any computer hardware tutorials, let us first have a look at what the underlying hardware structure comprises, through the following computer parts list: • Random access memory (RAM) • Processor • Network card, video card, sound card • CD-ROM drive • Power supply • USB port • Motherboard • Monitor • Keyboard and mouse.   5. Your PC (Personal Computer) is a system, consisting of many components. Some of those components, like Windows XP, and all your other programs, are software. The stuff you can actually see and touch, and would likely break if you threw it out a fifth-story window, is hardware. Hardware
