Project closure and agreement: Everyone on the team should agree on what should be the final output based on the goals set at the start. After successfully implementing your strategy, check in with your employees and departments to make sure that everyone is on the right track. Gather the necessary information and let every team member know about the progress of the project. 5. Review: After the strategy is successfully implemented, look back on the process and evaluate how the things went. Ask questions like, did you reach the goal?
