LGM’s duties • Club: 1. Increase club numbers 增加分會數目 2. Assist the weak clubs 拯救弱勢分會 • Member: 1. Increase membership 增加會員數目 2. Keep the existed members 留住原有會員 • Officer: 1. Club dues-renewal report會費繳交報告 2. Club-officer list report 呈報新任幹部名單 3. Area’s Club visiting report 呈報分會訪視報告 • Marketing strategies and activities推廣策略與活動 1
