  10. How do I sign up for the “awesome” experience? • Complete an AT Consideration Guide • Student has a hearing loss? Send to Julie Johnston at Live Oak with a copy of the audiogram • Student does not have a hearing loss? Send to Viki Johnson at Deep Wood and Julie Johnston at Live Oak

  11. AT Consideration Guide • Identify specific areas you want to target with the use of the FM system • These targeted areas will be revisited at the end of a thirty day trial

  12. How do we know which FM to request? • You don’t know how until you are an audiologist • Easy Listener • Toteable • Direct Connect • It’s prescriptive
