SFSF Post Secondary Phase I Reporting Period: April thru July 2011 Scope and Objectives • Receive & store the following data: • ACT test scores match to SAIS High School graduates • Enrollment & degree data from the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) • Enrollment data from Arizona State System for Information on Student Transfer (ASSIST) • SAIS High School student data • Data repository to store data • Grant Indictors: • B(1)(12) Student -level college readiness test scores • B(1)(11) HS graduates transition successfully from secondary school to post secondary education • B(1)(12) Other data to determine success in post secondary education  • C11 HS Students who enrolled in IHE within 16 months of receiving a high school diploma • C12 HS Students who enrolled in IHE within 16 months of receiving a high school diploma and completed at least one year's worth of credit applicable to a degree within two fiscal years of enrollment Milestones Project Status July Achievements August Achievement Plans • Completed Full scale SFSF Post Secondary BRD • ETL design identified & approved • Start Unit Testing – SAIS HS graduates 2005 file uploaded into ASSIST Web site • Continue AG office & FERPA specialist drafting agreement between ADE and IHE’s for data exchange • Receive ACT data from 2005 thru 2009 – currently have 2010 data • Complete unit testing • Develop technical user’s documents • Execute QA Test plan • Obtain Stakeholders Test Plan approval • Develop next steps: Phase II reporting Risks / Issues / Change Requests
