ATCR WILL: • COMPLETE INSPECTIONS IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. • SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR INSURED’S. • COMPLETE ALL PAPERWORK REQUIRED FOR THE AGENT OR HOMEOWNER. • EMAIL ALL REPORTS TO THE INSURED, TOWER HILL AND THE AGENT.

  3. How to access and request Mitigation Credit Information Go to www.homeandroof.com and click on the Mitigation Credit Tab

After selecting the Mitigation Credit tab • The following information will be available:Did you know that property insurance companies may allow homeowners the opportunity to apply for premium credits for their property insurance?In order to receive potential insurance premium credits, a Mitigation Verification Affidavit form must be completed by a licensed General Contractor or another valid source as approved by the insurance company. • Any applicable credits are determined by the insurance company. These may vary based on building construction, roof type, opening protection and several other factors listed on the Mitigation Verification Affidavit form. • Call today for additional information to start saving 3% to 40% on your property insurance premium.Homeowners click here to sign up for an inspectionAgents: For more information click hereInspection Fees

Homeowners click here to sign up for an inspection • Homeowners will need to complete an online form with their information. • After ATCR receives this information, the policyholder will be contacted to set up an appointment to do the inspection. • Homeowners will have the opportunity to pay for the inspection online via credit card or pay at the time of the inspection.

  6. Agents: For more information click here • Agents will need to complete, fill an online information form. • After ATCR receives this information, ATCR will schedule a time to drop off information to the agent.

  7. ATCR Inspection Fees • ATCR will do a 4 point inspection for $75.00 • ATCR will perform a wind mitigation credit inspection for $150.00 TOWER HILL DISCOUNT CREDIT (TH COMPANIES) TOWER HILL INSURED’S WILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNT CREDIT OF $25.00, IF BOTH INSPECTIONS ARE PERFORMED AT THE SAME TIME. FOR THE WIND MITIGATION INSPECTION ONLY, A $10 DISCOUNT CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED. FOR EXAMPLE, IF BOTH INSPECTIONS ARE ORDERED THE FEE REDUCES FROM $225 TO $200.00 IF WIND INSPECTION ONLY IS ORDERED, THE FEE REDUCES FROM $150 TO $140.00
