BPB Organization • BPB Work Plan • The BPB charter enables the BPB to charter ad hoc or permanent Practice Working Groups (PWGs) to develop work products. • The BPB has chartered three permanent PWGs and one Task Force • Taxonomy Architecture Practice Working Group (TAPWG) • Reporting Processes Practice Working Group (RPPWG) • Project Management Practice Working Group (PMPWG) • Taxonomy Recognition Task Force (TRTF) • NOTE: BPB is able to create add-hoc task force to develop specified outcomes

What happens in the market • Good news: • Number of XBRL projects has grown (we captured 136 projects) • Number of organizations with interest in / consider to adopt XBRL have grown • Number of taxonomies to be recognized are exploding
