Introduction • The stationery inventory store is a department of Logic University, which is run by 3 store clerks, 1 store supervisor and 1 store manager. • The inventory control system is for computerization of stationery store inventory functions and the use of the University’s e-mail system for store inventory functions.

Feature of the System • Window based system • Automation - consolidates all requests • Keep track of outstanding requisitions and fulfilling requisitions • Consolidate and update disbursement list • Monthly trend analysis report generator • Capturing stock item information electronically • Auto generate stock items for re-ordering • Maintain supplier information • Maintain department information • Provide up-to-date inventory information in store • Automatic electronic mailing system for notification
