Odyssey Today • Chinese Chengda Group has expanded into US and established Odyssey in Houston to supply local and international customers. • Chengda group approach is to “ Think Globally, but Act Locally” • Under Chinese ownership, Odyssey has American management and staff operating as a western business • Odyssey uses Chengda Group for support, expertise, technology, programming, andQC, as Odyssey quickly develops it’s Houston operations.

Odyssey’s Plan for Immediate Future • Already purchased 5 acres of land within half mile of existing leased facility • Contractors engaged to design & build phase 1, new 40,000 square foot workshop • Phase 1 facility to have separate powder coating plant, fabrication & assembly area, welding shop, office space • Land space available for future phase 2 facility, which will double floor space
