  3. All convicted juveniles will become adults felons. • 66% of Juveniles that are charged and processed in the Criminal Justice Court System do not re-offend. • 39 states currently use this process as a way to provide security and protection to the community, as well as the delinquents themselves.

  4. Serious Offenses from ages 10-17 The cases are of 1,000. 17 years old are up to 112,000 but yet are not charged as adults due to them being underage.

  5. Male & Female Youth murders per year Most of the murders of juveniles are friends and family. These “children” know very well what they are doing.

  6. Take Action: • If we do not make these criminals understand the aftermath of their actions, they will continue to do it. • No consequences= soon on America’s Most Wanted • “It’s for the better of the children.” • If it was really for the children than we would want them to learn for their actions and not cover up by saying that they do not have the capable mentality of knowing right from wrong.

  7. Too young for the truth? • 1993- Two 10-year olds mutilated and murdered Jamie Bulger, a 2-year old. • They laid his body on a railroad track so no one could find that baby’s body. • They were tried & convicted as minors. • They were relocated and given new identities.
