Migrant Information Center Cluj-Napoca • MIC has been established to support your integration in Romania. • MIC can offer you information on your rights as a migrant in Romania and about your access to public services available locally • You will receive personalized advice and information specific to your needs

  3. What kind of information can MIC offer me? • The right to employment. • The right to housing. • The right to medical assistance, social assistance and social insurance. • The right to education. • The right to Romanian language training and cultural accommodation services.

  4. How the asking-offering information process works? Step 1 : Ifyou as migranthave a problem or youneedadditionalinformationabout an issueyou HAVE TO VISIT THE MIC Step 2: Discussionaboutyoursituationwiththe MIC advisor. Youwill get a registrationform . Step 3 Iftheadvisorcannotofferyou a solution at the moment hewillgive an answertoyour problem after 2 or 3 days, depending on howcomplicatedyour problem is. Step 4 You are happy becauseyoufinallymanagedto solve yourproblemswiththe MIC help

  5. Where do I fiind MICs? • Bucharest, Bacău, Braşov, Buzău, Cluj, Constanţa, Craiova, Galaţi, Iaşi, Piteşti, Ploieşti, Sibiu, Suceava, Tg Mureş and Timişoara

  6. MIC’s Schedule • Monday 10.00-18.00 • Tuesday 16.00-18.00 • Wednesday 14.00-18.00 • Thursday 10.00-14.00 • Friday 12.00-18.00
