  11. Heat exhaustion Heat stroke = Trip to the Hospital

  12. Heat exhaustion: This condition often occurs when people exercise in a hot, humid place and body fluids are lost through sweating, causing the body to overheat. The person's temperature may be elevated, but not above 104°F.

  13. Heat stroke: This medical condition is life-threatening. The person's cooling system, which is controlled by the brain, stops working and the internal body temperature rises to the point where brain damage or damage to other internal organs may result (temperature may reach 105+°F).

  17. Staff Cadets Go Down with Cadets Correct

  18. Correct Cadets will respect the staff more if they see this type of activity.

  19. The Staff Cadets performing the same exercise that is asked of the recruits does two things. 1. It builds respect of the Staff. 2. Protects the recruits from over exertion or dangerous heat related issues.

  20. Continuity One Staff Cadet drops with the Recruits and does 20 pushups then another Staff Cadet drops the same group of Recruits for 20 more Pushups. Staff Cadets = 20 Pushups each Recruits = 40 Pushups each Staff Cadets in the general area should perform the instructed exercise and not rotate Staff.

  21. The next video is a good example of how continuity and the Staff Cadets doing the equal amount of instructed exercise would have averted this possibly dangerous exercise instruction.

  30. 3.    Cadets, Officers, and Staff may at anytime remind other parties of the Rule of Three.

  31. The Division Rule of Three is for the protection and well being of Cadets, Officers, and Staff.
