  2. Long Term Goal • Implementation of modern teaching techniques to help students to be more confident. • To make this subject easy and more attractive.

  3. Short Term Goal • Encourage students to settle-down in class environment (3yrs age). • Encourage shy students to participate in class activities. • Use of interesting and easy AV/Aids to clear their concepts. • Encourage students to work in group to develop their communication, sharing and listening skills. • Encourage them for individual participation to develop their confidence.

  4. Instructional Strategies and Tasks • The teacher needs to have a clear objective. The teacher needs to plan ahead so that she knows what materials to use, what to say, and how to encourage the child's learning. The teacher also needs to provide lots of opportunities for the child to learn. • I shall encourage and motivate the students for group work as well as individual participation.

  5. I shall make their friends,give them more attention for few days. Encourage them to participate in activities and reward them in return with candies etc. First I shall find out the reason why he/she is not willing to work in a group and shall solve it out, then I shall convince him/her and shall very positively ask that student to work in that group as you have this good quality (like good in coloring) so you can help and guide the other members. I shall arrange a small workshop for them (specially for new students). I shall arrange a parents teacher meeting for them. Solutions to Anticipated Challenges • Most of the students are new and their settlement is difficult. • There may be some students who do not want to work together. • Parents may not understand my method of teaching.

  6. Encourage those students in presentations and praise them a lot. Give importance to their questions and views in the class. I shall involve that student in discussion and activities,shall make him/her a group leader. Solutions to Anticipated Challenges • Some students may feel shy in group discussion. • Students creating problems/ disturbance in the class.

Conclusion • With this new method of teaching students will be able to work in groups. • They will present themselves with more confidence. • They will understand the subject in a better way. • They will get a better knowledge of the subject. • Their communication, presentation and listening skills will develop. • They can have a better and secure future.
