13. Rail Action Rail Action is the only authorized distributor of original Electro-Motive parts for shortlines, transit authorities and industrial users in Canada. Committed to customer’s needs: Rail Action is flexible and adapts its operations to specific customer requirements; Rail Action offers full range of EMD locomotive replacements parts; Rail Action offers added value service with its distribution and service call center at competitive price. Products & Services Sale and distribution network: Industry: Over 100 railway and rebuilder customers in Canada; Over 500 industrial customer base serviced from Nova Scotia to British Colombia (mining, ports, aluminum, etc.). Since the agreement with EMD : EMD parts sales have increased by 300 %; Customer base increased by 200 %.
