  2. ANRE • ANRE Order no. 30/2013 – The technical conditions for the PV power plants for connection to the grid. • Capacity limit for dispatchable PV power plants – 5 MW Bucharest - 19 November 2013

  3. ANRE • 2012 Monitoring report on GC support scheme – March 2013 • ANRE proposed the reduction of GC number starting from 1st January 2014: • 1,5 CV for wind (instead of 2CV) • 2,3 CV for hydro (instead of 3CV) • 3 CV for PV (instead of 6CV) Bucharest - 19 November 2013

ANRE • EGO no. 57/2013 for amending Law no. 220/2008 • PV power plants on agricultural lands • Electricity which exceeds the hourly notifications will not get GCs • Postponement of GCs (1 GC for Wind and Hydro, 2 GC for PV) • GC trading is not permitted for electricity traders who acts only on the wholesale market Bucharest - 19 November 2013

  5. ANRE • EGO no. 57/2013 for amending Law no. 220/2008 • GC trading allowed only on centralized markets • Overcompensation monitoring twice a year • Annual capacity limits (PNEAR) • Possibility to include renewable energy in the regulated contracts Bucharest - 19 November 2013

ANRE • ANRE adapted the secondary legislation to EGO 57/2013 • Order no. 55/2013 – amending Order 42/2011, Accreditation regulation • Order no. 56/2013 – amending Order 43/2011, GC issuing regulation • Order 57/2013 – Regulation of the organization and functioning of the GC market (revokes Order no. 44/2011) Bucharest - 19 November 2013
