  2. The pictures from the exhibition "Athos - the cradle of faith" were created after the Vassil Petrov’s visit at the Mount Athos with its different kinds of monasteries and chaples. Obsessed with the specific magic and the unique atmosphere of the place, by its purity and mystic beauty, the author creates a series of paintings, saturated with adoration, admiration and faith in the eternity and the greatness of this place. A place inhabited by Orthodox Christians deeply devoted to the faith,doomed to the life of it, limited and renounced all worldly in its name. It is the power of faith in God and his omnipresence that is encoded in the works by the beauty of nature and the monasteries created by human hands. Beautiful and heartfelt interpreter of the colour  the  author has created works - awesome, magical and sophisticated for interpretation. Krassi Alexieva, 2013 Born in 1961.  In 1981 he  graduated   "Prof. Ilia Petrov " School of Fine Arts, Sofia and  a teaching institute. He has made ​about  40 solo exhibitions and numerous general ones. Member of the Union of Artists and the International Foundation for the plastic arts IAA, UNESCO.He has won nine awards for his work.
