  5. 11 ERGs @ AT&T = Engagement • All ERGs are 501(c)(3)s • Serve as advocates for their constituents, support company efforts to create and sustain a diverse workforce and supportive work environment, and serve as sounding boards for the company as well as community ambassadors • Semi-annual meetings between groups’ national presidents and the Chief Diversity Officer; annual meeting with Chairman and Chief Executive Officer • Senior executive champions/advisors who provide information on company initiatives, business goals and direction • Each ERG designates philanthropic endeavors for AT&T Foundation match • 50,000 hours of volunteer time last year and over $282,000is scholarships and other monetary donations. • 2nd Annual Road to Leadership Joint ERG Panel Discussion: November • Annual National ERG Leadership Academy: October 19-21 in Dallas • Brings together top 5 national officers from each ERG for intensive leadership development training

ERGs @ AT&T = EnableIDEAL (Individuals with Disabilities Enabling Advocacy Link) • Founded in 1993 • Over 200 members • Across business Units • United States, Puerto Rico and England (London) • Internal resources: accessible product development • External ambassadors: recruiting, marketing and community service • Sponsored Swords to Plowshares through a grant from the AT&T Foundation for a total of $15,000 in past 3 years. • Senior executive champions/advisors who provide information on company initiatives, business goals and direction 8
