THE RESPONSE RATE TO THIS YEAR’S ANNUAL REQUEST FOR INFORMATION INCREASED COMPARED WITH LAST YEAR. • In 2005, 37 of 56 States and Territories completed the paper-based Request for Information. • In 2006, 42 out of 56 States and Territories completed the web-based Request for Information.
