The Massachusetts School BuildingAuthority (MSBA) • Authority Established in 2006 • Funding from 1 cent of the 6.5 cent MA sales tax • Responsible for all School Construction in the Commonwealth
History of Submitting required information to MSBA • Required to submit Statement of Interest (SOI) • Statement of Interests Submitted for the Bresnahan School and the Nock/Molin School each year since 2007 indicating priority needs • Both SOI’s voted by School Committee and City Council each year
