  2. His first steps… • Moved to Hollywood with his brother Roy Disney. • Disney developed the character ‘Mickey Mouse’. • Disney introduced technicolor added synchronized sound. • ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ furthered the development of animated film.

  3. 1940s and onwards… • There was a lot of competition from other companies. • In 1950, Disney released Cinderella. • Later was ‘Alice in Wonderland’, ‘Peter Pan’ and ‘Lady and the Tramp’ before Walt began to focus on his biggest task yet.
