Balloon-2 Mission PDR

The Balloon-2 mission requires a payload carrier with a styrofoam skeleton. We need dimensions from all groups by October 16th to finalize the layout. The carrier will have a detachable side and removable insert for radio board, etc. Exterior dimensions will be 11x11x11in and interior dimensions will be 9x9x9in.

  2. Payload Carrier • Styrofoam skeleton is complete. • Waiting on dimensions from all groups to complete the layout. Please have dimensions to me no later than October 16th. • The basic layout idea consists of the boards being stacked vertically around the canister dowel; this is subject to change depending on board dimensions. • The jacket will consist of the same materials and concept as the Balloon-1 jacket.

  3. Payload Carrier Detachable Side Removable Insert for Radio Board, etc… Exterior Dimensions 11x11x11in. Interior Dimensions 9x9x9in.
