Mission Statement Compass Academy will serve as a model school of excellence preparing all students to be leaders by delivering rigorous and relevant curriculum, enforcing positive relationships an innovative learning, and addressing the needs of its students and families as well as the community.

Demographics • Changes in demographics will continue to be addressed. • Our Economically Disadvantaged subgroup is at 34%. Trends indicate that Compass Academy will be a Title 1 campus by the 2014-2015 school year, if not sooner. • The staff will work to continue meeting the needs of all our student through implementation of best practices and teacher/staff development.
