Step Two: Find out what a ‘Grade’ is: Grade: the tangent of a triangle (the slope) as a percentage, that has been converted from a fraction. So… You have to divide the opposite by the adjacent of the angle you are trying to find out. *
Step Three: So to find out the angle of inclination, you have to to use the inverse tangent sign. So… angle of inclination = inverse Tan (0.22) = 12.407….
Step Four: Round 12.407* down to get 12.4* So therefore, the answer is question is: “The angle of inclination of the triangle is 12.4*.” 12.4* which is also C) on your package.
