2. Counter Billing Introduction Counter Billing is a software to prepare invoices at retail counter very fast and quick. By using this software user can prepare the invoices for more than 20 customers at a time and view the final total amount and no. of items with each sale of item for every user. And whenever the customers have completed its purchasing you may print the invoice for that particular customer and save the data. Counter Billing is only invoice printing software, to save the time for calculation of amount of each item and total sale. This is also helpful to find out day to day sale at counter. * Counter billing is not used to make any inventory.

4. Counter Billing Press F1for Customer List and F2 for Item List

5. Counter Billing Enter Customer Name here

6. Counter Billing Also, select item either by entering item code or item name in textbox Enter quantity Select item name from here

7. Counter Billing User can change rate either for single customer (by changing rate in grid below textboxes ) or for all users (by changing rate in Rate textbox permanently)

8. Counter Billing Here rate has changed for a single customer

9. Counter Billing Similarly, add other items Click here to add new item

10. Counter Billing Newly added item Also, delete item by entering zero in quantity field of the grid

11. Counter Billing Similarly, user can handle multiple customers at a time Click here to save purchased items and to print invoice of each customer

12. Counter Billing To print invoice, first it asks customer code whose invoice user want to print

13. Counter Billing e.g.: Invoice of Customer whose Customer code is A
