Since 2016, a strong impulse to develop a participative strategy and to developdemocratic practices “Indeed, in addition to mutual knowledge of the institutional actors or the actors of civil society, and of the different realisations, the mobilisation of collective intelligence remains essential, both in order to design the processes and realise joint projects in the field and in order to plan for the future” (the 2020 Strategy)

  7. Before the citizens' consultation on the future of Europe on October 27, a "Citizens' Europe" workshop within Eurometropolis civil society for co-creating the event! In practice… three sessions from May to June 2018 for organizing the several events.. based on emotions, collective intelligence, fun and good mood.
