  5. Stress has a way of coming at you in all shapes and sizes!

  6. Innate Health • Innate Health- being calm and having peace of mind. • It is in all of us, it is natural, inborn and is ever present. • We are all born innately healthy; we often are distracted from this by outside influences.

  7. Resiliency • Resiliency is your ability to bounce back from stressful conditions or situations. • Stress is caused by outside forces, how our mind and body reacts to this situation is our resiliency towards distress. • Some people are able to access their natural resiliency better than others.

  8. Mind, Thought, and Consciousness. • Mind, which is the source of all intelligence. • Consciousness, which allows us to be aware of our existence. • Thought, which guides us through the world we live in as free-thinking agents. • They are the basic building blocks, and it is through these three components that all psychological mysteries are unfolded.

  9. Thought • With us from the day we are born. • Continues to grow with us throughout our life from day to day. • When our thoughts change your state of mind changes. • Thoughts come and go into our mind. • If left alone these thoughts will go away and become neutral.

  10. Consciousness • The ability to realize the existence of life. • It is infinite, and has no end. • It allows us to find happiness deep within ourselves. • Comes in different levels. • Allows us to look past tainted thoughts and find purity that lies deep within ourselves.

  11. How I’ve Been Helped • Reduced my stress level. • I learned how to build up the confidence in my students and players. • Don’t dwell on losses. • Let the bad feelings flow through your mind. • Show encouragement. • Work together to build each other up. • Do not discourage on another.

  12. How I’ve Been Helped • Keep a positive mindset. • Allow your mind to be clear and peaceful. • Live in the present moment. • Just Enjoy Life!
