  10. Worksite Recovery Office Space in Data Center • Worksite recovery office spaces include continuously available personal computers, Internet connections and telephones

  11. Four Levels of Fire Suppression including: State-of-the-Art FM-200 System • Four Levels of Fire Suppression ensure highest level of fire prevention • High Sensitivity Smoke Detection (HSSD) • FM-200 • Dual-Interlock Dry Pipe System • FE-36 Handheld Extinguishers • FM-200 building-wide system. (39) FM-200 distribution nozzels are distributed across the entire Data Center • FM-200 non-conductive and non-corrosive gas prevents equipment damage that couldotherwise result from traditional water-based systems. FM-200 is a safe alternative to Halon

  12. Computer Room Air Conditioners • (20) 30-ton Liebert CRACs (Computer Room Air Conditioners) with expansion to (30) 30-ton CRAC units • 1-ton HVAC per 18 square feet of raised flooring • Constant temperature at 72+/-2 degrees and relative humidity between 45-55%

  13. Private Equipment Suites • Secured, Private Equipment Suites. Suites available in 9’ x 7’ - 9’ x 14’, and custom-sized requests

  14. Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPSs) • Fully pre-built UPS expansion slab will support (2) additional 500 kVA UPS systems • (4) 500 kVA (expandable to 6) PowerWare 9315 parallel, redundant UPS systems dedicated to the colocation area, provide 30 minutes runtime at full load • (2) 80 kVA PowerWare parallel, redundant UPS systems provided additional UPS infrastructure dedicated to the POP (not pictured)

  15. Lightning Protection & Grounding System • Main Ground Bar • Entire Data Center is tied to a state-of-the-art grounding system • One of more than a dozen Lightning Protection Rods • All external infrastructure protected by a lightning protection system

  16. Caterpillar Generators • Interior view of 1875 kVA Caterpillar diesel generator • Generators start and sync to UPS systems in less than 10seconds

  17. 6000 Gallon Fuel Tank • 6,000 gallon on-site diesel fuel storage tank allows for 48+ hours runtime at full load in N+1 configuration • In case of loss of utility power, 1 of several contracted fuel supply companies will have refuel trucks on-site within 4 hours • In the event of utility power loss, the ATSs automatically switch all power loads to diesel generators in less than 10 seconds

  18. Five Levels of Security • Five levels of security ensure maximum protection of data and assets • Personnel at check-in area matches govt. issued picture ID to recorded ID in the real-time “Approved Access Database” before access to the IDC is permitted • Biometric Access • CCTV Cameras record to Digital Video Recorders • External equipment yard is protected with barbed wire fences and steel and concrete reinforced ballards • Mantraps on all doors Main Security Check-in Area

  19. CCTV Cameras • 49 camera, color, IP-based CCTV surveillance system records full-motion video to multiple Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) • Cameras also take video clips upon every door opening • DVR-based system eliminates tape swapping, handling and other human errors common to VCR-based systems

  20. Biometric Access Controls • Hand Key Biometric Access Control Systems throughout Data Center • Individually keyed cabinets, cages and optional private suites provide maximum security and privacy

  21. External Security • Concrete filled steel reinforced barriers surround exterior. Foundation is slab on grade with a 5-foot riser • Barbed wire fence surrounds external infrastructure • External cameras monitor outside environment • Man traps at all external doors prevent unauthorized access
