History of FCBO • Founded in 1999, out of the SocialFund Bus & Car • Installation of the interactive training platform in 2004 • Inauguration of the 2 bus simulators in 2006
business model • Social Fund : employers organizations and unions • 4,6% of the social security taxation • 0,2% for training purposes => periodic training : FCBO
business model • 0,2% covers the fix costs & investments • Operational costs are covered via the pricing • Partnerships with public training institutes for unemployed (e.g. De Lijn and SRWR-TEC)
