CELT’s Mission To help learning organizations attain their vision, mission, and goals by integrating high-quality, mission-critical programs, services, and technology with the organization's people and processes in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective way.
CELT’s Approach • Uniquely integrates leadership, learning, and technology with contemporary educational reforms, and research/best practices • Creates partnerships among state education agencies, school districts, community, business, and industry • Provides nationally recognized staff with diverse educational and technical expertise • Serves as an independent and unbiased thought leader, trusted advisor, and project manager • Delivers creative problem solving regarding funding, organizational development, and change management • Makes improved student achievement the driving force behind all leadership, learning, and technology decisions
IT Blueprint Study Objectives The objectives of this study are effective integration and use of technology resources throughout the school district to: • improve student achievement, • develop students’ competencies, • maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency, • enhance staff productivity, and • increase parent involvement.
Project Participants The following constituents will be invited to participate: • Students and Parents • Teachers and Support Staff • School and District Administrators • School and District Technology Staff • School Board Members • Community, Business, Municipal Government, and Higher Education Partners via interviews, focus groups, and school site visits.
