Summary • Through speaking with technicians and customers of Nex-Tech it has become apparent that there are service gaps in the community of Hays, America • In order to fix the service gaps we will need to collect data based on the specific locations and put this data into a valid form that can be studied
Procedure • Phase 1 - Gather • Our consultants will go to the subscriber location's and gather the valid data • This will include the GPS points, physical obstructions, and elevation
Procedure • Phase 2 • The data from Phase 1 will be analyzed and mapped using mapping software solutions such as Google Earth • With this signal map research can begin on what is causing service gaps
Procedure • Phase 3 • In this stage all of the valid data and maps from Phase 1 and 2 will be used to develop strategies and solutions • Present solutions and strategies to Nex-Tech for consideration
Timeline • February 13th - Submit Proposal • February 15th - Present Proposal • February 19th - Obtain Subscriber Information from Nex-Tech • February 24th - Data Collection Commences • March 3rd - Transcribe Data to Mapping Software Solution
Timeline • March 10th - Data Analysis and Research Commences • March 17th-24th - Spring Break Commences • March 31st - Formulation of Final Proposal and Total Analysis Commences • April 10th - Submit Final Proposal and Total Analysis to Nex-Tech
