Tree Trimming In 2007 our tree outages were at 8% because of this several of our Districts took an aggressive approach to tree trimming. Tree Trimming was Excluded from Scope of Services • PEC developing a 5yr Comprehensive Cycle Plan In 2010 our tree outages were 6.6%
