Format • Title page (your name, school name, title of the report, and date) • Contents page (every page except your title page and your contents page must be numbered –list all topics with page numbers) • Introduction – 1 paragraph explaining what this report is all about and why you have chosen this business (little background knowledge of the business) • Method – 1 paragraph explaining your research, not what you found but what ways did you get it. E.g. i asked 20 people to fill out a questionnaire and i also found some national statistics online. Explain why you chose this type of primary and secondary research. • Results – using all your data from the questionnaire and national statistics (put in tables and graphs of the results in this section). Here you make your recommendations based on the results. E.g the graph show3s that 19/20 people i asked about would they like to have a play station in the hairdressers was YES. I would recommend this would be useful because this could increase sales and lead to customer loyalty due to USP of having game console in hairdressers. • Evaluation – looking at all your data and recommendation pick 2 that you think is the most important and explain why. • Appendix contents page – list all the appendix that you have and give page numbers to it.
