Embedded Assessments How can we access embedded assessments?

Users Access • Administrators • There is only ONE password per school • Teachers • Only teachers who are attached to students in TERMS will receive login information • Must create a new password the first time they log into the system • Students • Username: pbstudentid • Password: pbstudentid

Scanning Software ASC Support page http://ac.corek12.com/Support/Support.aspx Be sure to uninstall all old versions and then reinstall the new version 3.0.1 before the program launches on September 1, 2009.
Scanning Requirements • Connect the 3 pieces of hardware • Install the Upgraded ReviewScan Software • Go to http://ac.corek12.com/Support/Support.aspx • Click on ReviewScan 3.0 near bottom of the page • Allow the software to installation process • Once finished, a shortcut will appear on the desktop

Important Dates • 8/18 – 9/30: Administer ECHOS • 8/25 – 10/14: Administer FAIR • 10/14: Scanner sheets due to TDC by 4:00 pm • Glades area schools will be picked up beginning in the morning.
Information • Recording student responses • NO computer administration • ALL student responses will be recorded in the Student Response Folder. • Labels do not come with initial shipment • Begin testing as scheduled • Add labels to Student Response Folders when labels arrive
FLKRS Returns • Verify that ALL documents that are being used are for the 2009 administration only. • Verify that the Student Response Folders for ALL students tested have been returned. • Verify that the pre-identified student labels are in place or that all hand gridded information is complete. • Place ALL Student Response Folders in a stack. • Complete all the information on a Document Count Form.
FLKRS Returns (cont.) • Place the document count form on top of the stack of response folders. • Place a paper band around the stack of response folders and secure the paper band with tape. • Do not use staples or paper clips. • Place all banded stack in a box. • Seal the box • Place the orange scorable label on the side of the box. • Complete all needed information on the label.
FLKRS Returns (cont.) Collect and account for unused and reusable screening materials from the examiners. Store reusable materials in a secure location for use with future FLKRS administrations. Dispose of unused materials so they cannot be used in future administrations.
