Your group will be assigned on of the following lessons to teach: Chapter 7 Lesson 1 Reunifying China Lesson 2 Advances Under the Tang and Song Lesson 3 The Mongol Empire Lesson 4 A Return to Chinese Rule Chapter 8 Lesson 1 Land of the Rising Sun Lesson 2 Growth of Japanese Culture Lesson 3 Samurai and Shoguns Lesson 4 Korea and Southeast Asia
Your PowerPoint must include the following: • A slide with key terms from the lesson • A slide with a graphic organizer/thinking map that students can copy into their notes. Students will fill in the graphic organizer as you teach the lesson. • 2-4 slides outlining the main headings, subheadings, and most important details of the lesson. Use red headings to guide you. • A slide with the completed graphic organizer to show what students should have filled in. • A slide with the lesson review questions. Use animation to have the answer slide in after you have discussed a question.
Other Requirements: • You will assign students to complete the Lesson Reteaching Activity for homework. The next day, you will correct the Reteaching Activity with the students. Due Date: • All PPT projects will be due Tuesday, Feb. 26th
