Department Highlights • 4th largest Parks department in the country • Still in the dark ages – No operating system • Currently use a combination of multiple databases and an infinite number of spreadsheets to manage and analyze programs, reservations and attendance data • Over 13,000 children in after-school and summer camp programs • Over 83,000 rental facilities • Combined, $6.2 million in revenue is generated • Over 1.3 million annual visitors to our facilities • We’re growing – more than $600 million funded by GOB to improve & expand facilities

Project Cost Business Case Request: 450k Department Commitment: 920k The Department proposes to augment recurring system costs (help desk, licensing, vendor maintenance) from revenue enhancements and cost savings in year two of implementation
