Basic contents 1. Context and purpose of estimating costs 2. Analysis of the resolutions and their mandates 3. Methodologies for estimating costs 4. Introduction to the design and formulation of programs and projects 5. Introduction to operational planning 6. Analysis of inputs and costs 7. Alternative procedures for allocating resources
Organization of Training Activities Duration: Two three-hour sessions Language: There will be two versions of each workshop: one in English and one in Spanish Participants: • Members of permanent missions • General Secretariat staff • Hired consultants Tentative starting date: Week of November 8
