This ERASMUS+ KA2 project aims to enhance study programs in Public Health Law, Health Management, Health Economics, and Health Informatics in Montenegro. The project includes the development of teaching competencies for academic staff and the strengthening of cooperation with EU authorities in healthcare education.

QUALITY CONTROL AND MONITORING • PROCEDURES: • After deadline expiration for activity/WP, activity leader is expected to send the following docuemnts to project coordinator: • Final versions of Deliverables (to be published at project web site immediatelly) • Report on achievements and cross-matching of indicators • Coordinator will send request to all Quality Control Board members and forward received documents • Quality Control Board members shall sumbit evaluation reort within 10 days, defining concrete measures for inmprovemnets (if needed) • Evaluation Report will be public and published on project web site • Steps 1-4 will be repeated as many times as needed for getting postive evaluation report • After getting positive Report, the activity will be considered as successfully implemented and all staff conventions shall be sumbitted for approval Project web site: www.ph-elim.net

  18. FINANCIAL REPORTING • EACEA template • Shall be filled in by EACH partner institution AFTER approval of declared costs • Periodically, project coordinator will send requests for internal control of costs (merging EACEA template sheets) • 1st control is expected in October 2017

DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION • ALL PARTNER INSTITUTIONS MUST PARTICIPATE • The main motivation for dissemination, from the point of view of a project, is increasing the awareness of public health management and economics, health law and medical informatics among various stakeholders in ME and to increase awareness about health prevention and public health promotion among citizens. • Dissemination Plan!
