Swedish national funding opportunities for Swedish applicants • IPK receives about 1 million SEK every year to support Swedish participation in Tempus projects • Distributed between three activities: • Preparatory visits • Special support (stödfinansiering) • Contact seminars

Special support (stödfinansiering) • Extra funding for Swedish coordinators and partners in Tempus projects that havebeenselected by EACEA in the last Call • No fixedamount – depending on the number of projects • A report has to be submitted after the end of the project Non-HEI partners donot receive special support
Contact Seminars • Organised by IPK every/every second year in a Tempus partner country •Purpose: to facilitate for applicants to establish new contacts • Has so far been a pure Tempus activity • Last years’ contactseminars: Morocco (2004), Egypt (2006), Russia (2008) and Syria (2010) • 2011 Central Asia (first cooperation between Erasmus Mundus, Linnaeus Palme and Tempus) The Swedish group at Tempus Contact Seminar in Syria 8-11 November 2010
