Conference Overview • 12:30 - 1:15pm    • Conference Welcome and Information Table opens • Henson Hall Lobby • 1:30 - 2:45pm      • Session 1: Oral Panel Presentations                                 • Henson Hall Classrooms • 3:00 - 4:15pm      • Session 2: Oral Panel Presentations                                 • Henson Hall Classrooms • 4:30 - 5:45pm      • Session 3: Oral Panel Presentations                                 • Henson Hall Classrooms • 6:00 - 7:30pm      • Poster Session (with light refreshments)                          • Guerrieri Center, Wicomico Room

  4. Conference Welcome and Information Table • 12:30 - 1:15pm, opens • Henson Hall Lobby • Check in 15-60 minutes before session • Pick up your name tag and program • 5:00 – 6:30 pm Information Table moves to GUC Wicomico Room

  5. Conference Welcome and Information Table • Find your presentation rooms • Review your presentation • Socialize and eat • President/Provost speech

  6. Oral Panel Presentations • Session 1: 1:30 - 2:45pm • Session 2: 3:00 - 4:15pm • Session 3: 4:30 - 5:45pm  • 8 simultaneous panels in each session • 4 15-minute presentations in each panel • Moderator for introductions and discussion

  7. Poster Session • 6:00 - 7:30pm      • Guerrieri Center, Wicomico Room • Check in 15-60 minutes before session • Prepare a brief, interactive presentation • Faculty Mentor Award presentation • Light refreshments served
