But everyone is so busy… • The CNH BEE Network is committed to supporting you in your leadership development • First step  COMMUNICATE any difficulties you are having • Keeping to yourself and allowing for challenges to continue is not being a part of the solution • Second step  FOCUS on solutions 1 2

  6. Remember… This isn’t an easy role to be in There will be challenges, both personal and Key Club related You will burn out But you will always have your District Board Ohana and your BEE Network to support you.
