  2.  If you are a Dominion East Ohio Gas Customer, and you own or rent a building, you can receive an energy assessment at no-cost. • The assessment will take 1-3 hours depending on size.  We ask that the owner/tenant provides 12 months of utility bills (gas and electric) so we can provide a customized report. • From the report, you will learn how your building uses energy, as well as a list of prioritized measures you can take to reduce your energy use, so you can save money on utility bills. This money can then be reinvested back into your business. • We will not interrupt your business operations. Please feel free to come prepared with any questions or concerns you may have in regard to your energy use or energy efficiency opportunities.

Bay Pointe Technology, Richfield Replace existing 400-watt metal halides with 6-lamp T8 fluorescent fixtures Aside from energy savings, linear fluorescent fixtures have an average rated life that can be 20 to 40 percent longer than metal halide fixtures, while having far less lumen depreciation over that life span.
