  2. Meeting Room Assignments • One Room for Plenary Talks : 1058 seats (Third floor) • One Room for Tutorial : 300 seats (First floor) • Two Rooms for Sessions : 300 seats (First floor) • Four Rooms for Sessions : 100 seats (Second floor) • Two Rooms for Sessions : 50 seats (Second floor). • Rooms for Reception, Luncheon, and Banquet • Several Functional Rooms (Internet lounge, Preview room, Secretary, OC members, Storage)

  3. TPC Related Finalize TPC members and the paper submission schedule by November 10, 2007. Finalize “Call for Paper” by November 15, 2007. Distribute CFP at GlobeCom, VTC, ISIT2008, ICC, ITW, AAECC, etc. Completion of the website for ISIT 2009 by the end of 2007. Papers will be handled by EDAS.

  4. Domain Name for ISIT2009 • Domain name company in UK already registered the domain name www.isit2009.org and requested US$ 7,000 for it. • We registered www.isit2009.info and will use it. • For the future ISITs, it may be worth considering domain names of the form www.itsoc.org/isit20xx.

  5. Loan from ITSOC • We request a loan of $40K from the ITSOC for for the following urgent expenses • $10K for the contract with COEX for conference site • $10K for the contract with PCO • $20K for miscellanies in the next two years • Printing call for announcement, call for papers, etc. • Design and maintenance of web site • Meetings, EDAS contract, etc.

  6. Registration Fee (USD) * US dollar (Canadian dollar), ISIT2008 registration fee has not been fixed
