Procurement Process Cone of Silence During the period from the date of this RFP, through the period that the LYNX Board of Directors approves the award of Contract (including any period during which a procurement protest (“Protest”) has been filed and is pending), Proposers may not directly or indirectly contact any LYNX Board member, any LYNX employee, or LYNX legal counsel regarding this RFP except for questions directed to LYNX Procurement Representative. Any prohibited contact may result in the immediate disqualification of the Proposer from consideration for the award of the Contract and the rejection of any Protest.
Scope of Work • The services shall include provision for the followingcoverages: • General Liability (All Risk PropertyProgram) • Boiler and MachineryCoverage • CyberLiability • PollutionLiability • Crime (SuretyBond) • ExcessLiability • Excess Workers’Compensation • Special Liability Insurance Program (SLIP; Firefighters while attending required trainingcoverage) • Ancillary insurance coverages include, but are not limited to government crime, blanket general liability event policy, accident policy and bonds. • B.
