  3. SHORT TERM GOALS • INCOURAGE STUDENTS TO READ AND WRITE THE URDU LANGUAGE. • FOCUS ON ENCOURAGING STUDENTS INSTEAD OF PRAISING. • TO MAKE STUDENTS MORE CONFIDENT AND INDEPENDENT.

CHALLENGES SOLUTIONS SOLUTIONS TO ANTICIPATED CHALLENGES. • There may be some unseen holidays which can affect my action plan • There may some students with learning difficulty • I will ask my principal to arrange zero period to cover my planning • Extra support like remedial classes will be arranged
