  4. Project Update: What does the System Include? • Online list of FECs by FEC Coordinator, Administrator • Online FEC View with Transaction Detail, Including Salary Transfers, Clinical Salary • Re-formatted FEC report with simpler calculations • System does not yet include online certification

  6. Beta Testing Purpose/Goals • Confirm online and printed FEC meets needs for: • Administrators • FEC Coordinators • Faculty • Ensure associated business processes are aligned: • K Award • Status Tracking • Salary Cap • Cost Share Tracking • Test preliminary training materials

  7. What do Beta Testers Do? Participate in Test Exercises to Demonstrate: • FEC Coordinators are able to: • Review and Understand Updated FEC • Batch Print FECs • Forward FECs to Faculty for Review and Signing • Forward FECs to MAA for Filing and Record Keeping • Alignment of system & associated business process including: • K Award Addendums • Existing MAA Status Tracking Web Site • FEC Cycle Notification
